Hot Take does not record or store video/audio from debates unless you explicitly use the recording feature. However:

• Other users may record their screen
• You are visible on camera to matched users and spectators
• Chat messages may be stored temporarily
• We may collect usage data and analytics

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove users from debates for inappropriate behavior
• Ban users temporarily or permanently
• Report illegal activity to authorities

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The behavior of other users
• The accuracy of debate content
• The security of connections

8. Limitation of Liability

Hot Take and its operators are not liable for:

• Disputes between users

9. Intellectual Property
